In the October-November edition of Condé Nast Traveller India, the vivacious Nargis Fakhri brings a splash of retro sunshine to the magazine’s 4th Anniversary issue. Set against a vibrant coastal backdrop with a classic pink vintage car, the cover celebrates “India’s 50 Most Glam Travellers” with an infectious, high-energy aesthetic.
Nargis channels a 1950s pin-up vibe, wearing a tropical floral bikini top paired with high-waisted navy shorts. The look is accessorized with a playful red headband and classic peep-toe heels, perfectly capturing the spirit of an endless summer and the allure of island-hopping in the Andamans.

The beauty direction for this milestone issue was led by hair and makeup artist Bianca Hartkopf (Toabh Talents), who created a voluminous, retro-inspired wavy hairstyle and a fresh, radiant makeup look that complements the sun-drenched theme. Behind the lens, the shoot captures Nargis’s signature charisma, resulting in a cover that is both nostalgic and strikingly modern.
